Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on EU cohesion

The general objective of the project is to inform members of the REGI Committee on the impacts the COVID-19 pandemic has on cohesion and EU cohesion policy. The project basically covers two sequenced studies, one to be delivered in 2021 and one in 2022. Both studies shall address (a) the pandemic’s impacts on cohesion, and (b) the cohesion policy dimension of the pandemic. The 2021 study will have a stronger focus on cohesion policy and the 2022 study a stronger focus on cohesion.

The project is carried out by Spatial Foresight in cooperation with t33.
