Review of multi-criteria analysis or regional development operations

Spatial Foresight supports the EIB in a review of its multi-criteria analysis for the ex-ante appraisal of projects in the field of regional development.  The review pays specific attention to the criteria set out in the methodology for evaluating the contribution to balanced territorial development, and assesses the relevance and completeness of these criteria. Based on the review recommendations for possible further improvements of the analysis criteria will be made.
