Evaluation of REACT-EU projects in Luxembourg

The Ministry of Economy of Luxembourg has commissioned Spatial Foresight with the Evaluation of REACT-EU projects. There are two projects to be assessed: (1) Vaccination anti-COVID-19 and (2) Electrification of the national bus network RGTR by replacing combustion engine buses with electric buses.
