Interim evaluation of Portugal’s administrative capacity building roadmap 2021–2027

Led by t33, this project is the mid-term evaluation of the implementation of the Roadmap for the administrative capacity building of the cohesion policy funds ecosystem in Portugal for 2021–2027. Commissioned by the Portuguese Cohesion and Development Agency (AD&C), the evaluation will examine progress in strengthening the capacities, governance, and effectiveness of the actors involved in the Cohesion Policy Funds ecosystem. Its findings will provide evidence to guide adjustments and improvements to the roadmap’s implementation, helping ensure that the ecosystem is better positioned to deliver on the objectives of EU Cohesion Policy.
