Support for the development of a cross-border spatial planning strategy between France and Luxembourg

The project supports the contracting authority in preparing a cross-border spatial development strategy for the Franco-Luxembourg border area. It combines an analysis of relevant policy and territorial development documents with a structured stakeholder process to identify shared challenges, priorities and concrete fields for cooperation. Through workshops, co-construction and consolidation, the assignment will support the relevant stakeholders in shaping a shared and operational strategy that strengthens cross-border coordination, improves the coherence of territorial policies and supports the long-term development of the functional border area.
