Norra Mellansverige is Sweden's only NTUS 2 region which is classified as transition region. The objective of this assignment is to identify the reforms and investments needed to boost Norra Mellansverige's competitiveness. The analysis and identified actions will be tailored to the region's specific context, while also considering the evolving global context and the Union's strategic priorities.
