Interrg Upper Rhine impact evaluation

Spatial Foresight will conduct impact evaluations on three Specific Objectives of the Upper Rhine Interreg programme (2014-2020), together with Reeleaf B.V. from the Netherlands. From October 2021 to December 2022, we will assess the results and contribution to impact made in three Specific Objectives of the programme, namely SO 6: reducing environmental impact of economic and settlement development, SO 7: limiting the increase of motorised cross-border traffic and SO 11: Improvement of cross-border public services. The methodology of the impact evaluation will be theory-based and covers analysis of documents, desk research and interviews with project partners and beneficiaries. The results of the evaluation will inform about achieved results and contribution to impact and help the Programme to fine-tune its measures in the future to deliver cross-border projects with impact. The evaluation is led by Reeleaf B.V. from the Netherlands.
