Mid-term performance evaluation of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme 2021–2027

Spatial Foresight, together with our partner t33, will carry out the Mid-term Performance Evaluation of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme 2021-2027. The main purpose of the mid-term performance evaluation is to check on the Programme performance and draw evidence-based lessons for the period 2027 - 2032. The assignment of delivering the mid-term performance evaluation comprises six tasks including assessing the relevance of the 2021-2027 Programme objectives’ thematic focus, evaluating long-term effects of the interventions from the previous programme period (2014-2020) and examining the support to the EUSBSR governance and communication. Different methods such as case studies and interviews, surveys, partner analysis and contribution analysis will be applied.
