Evaluation of the Interreg NWE Programme - Work Package 2: Implementation Evaluation

Spatial Foresight, together with t33, carries out the Implementation Evaluation of the Interreg North-West Europe Programme 2021-2027 (April-October 2026). The main goal of this evaluation is to provide an assessment of the updated status of the Programme in terms of funding allocation, project pipeline and implementation status as well as the programme coherence and relevance. It will also prepare the impact evaluation with data gathering and first findings on the relevance and EU added value of the programme. The methodology includes a beneficiary survey, interviews with programme bodies and national representatives, an in-depth analysis of funded projects and quantitative analysis of outputs and results.
