Operational Evaluation of the Interreg Euro-MED Programme 2021-2027
This project evaluates the implementation of the Interreg Euro-MED Programme 2021–2027, focusing on its effectiveness, coherence, and strategic relevance across participating Mediterranean regions. It assesses how the Programme’s architecture—combining thematic and governance projects—supports innovation, environmental sustainability, and territorial cooperation. Using a mixed-methods and participatory approach, the evaluation engages key stakeholders to generate actionable insights and improve programme delivery. The results will inform future policy design and contribute to strengthening the impact of EU cohesion policy in the Mediterranean area. The client is the Interreg Euro-MED Programme and the project is led by t33.
