INTERREG North-West Europe evaluation

The 2014-2020 regulatory framework, in particular the Common Provisions Regulation (CPR) and the ETC regulation, emphasizes the result orientation of the ESIF programmes and stresses the central role of the evaluation in the programme lifecycle. In the 2014-2020 period, evaluation shall assess the programme contribution to the programme objectives at least once during the programming period and a summary of the evaluations shall be drafted by 2022.

Spatial Foresight will support the 2014-2020 INTERREG North-West Europe programme by implementating an integrated evaluation approach within the framework of a robust monitoring and evaluation system

Within the scope of this contract, Spatial Foresight will offer the necessary support to implement the evaluation of the two-step approach to project selection, the operational evaluation to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the programme funding and the final impact evaluation on all three programme priority axes. The project will be coordinated by Spatial Foresight in cooperation with t33.
